Information
   LanTalk.NET Options - Network

These options are LanTalk NET network functions tweaking. We do not recommend changing them before you consult with our technical support team.

Message port ( TCP/IP ) TCP/IP port for message exchange. All clients you are to connect via LanTalk NET must have similar ports.
Contact List port ( UDP ) UDP port for contact list messages. All clients you are to connect via LanTalk NET must have similar ports.
Multicast Interface IP If you have only one network connection, you may leave it as 0.0.0.0. Otherwise we recommend to change this field to your local network address.
Multicast TTL Multicast TTL ( time-to-live ) value. If TTL is set to 1, it means that routers should not pass it. Default value is 31, it means that all routers in the company should pass it everywhere, but except the external networks.
Maximum connections Maximum number of connections for LanTalk NET.
Maximum threads Maximum number of threads for LanTalk NET.
Default connection timeout Default value of connection timeout.
Maximum text size in the message ( without attachments ) Maximum size of incoming LanTalk NET messages. 1 gigabyte by default (not including attachments).
Maximum attachment size in the message Maximum size of an attachment. 4 gigabytes by default.
Maximum size of the whole message Maximum size of the whole message, including attachments. 4 gigabytes by default.
