Small console utility that can help you to send short text messages over network ( via command line ), like Net send command in the Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003 , but our utility Netsend works in all Windows versions, including new operation system from Microsoft - Windows Vista ( where no net send command by default ).

Note : NetSend can send the messages, but can't receive them. You should have software that can receive netsend messages.
