Small console utility that can help you to send short text messages over network ( via command line ), like Net send command in the Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003 , but our utility Netsend works in all Windows versions, including new operation system from Microsoft - Windows Vista ( where no net send command by default ).

Download and use this utility free of charge, only 247 kb of size , less than one minute to download.

Note : NetSend can send the messages, but can't receive them. You should have software that can receive netsend messages.

You can use:
  • Our messaging software LanTalk XP / LanInfo XP that compatible with all Windows versions including Windows Vista.
  • The service Messenger in Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003.
  • Microsoft Winpopup in Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me.


Alternative way to send messages from command line

Use our LanTalk NET messenger and msgsend.exe utility that is included into LanTalk NET distributive. All features of the LanTalk NET messenger is available. Sending to users, to the virtual groups of users or to all users in all subnets via multicast etc.
