Send Messages from Command Line
You can send messages from the command line to any user using LanTalk XP software.
Example: There's a special form on your webserver named Quick Message to Webmaster. Simply plug-in the send.exe command script and users can quickly send messages to the Webmaster's machine.
The send.exe application is present in LanTalk XP folder.

How to use send.exe

Format:
send.exe /server /text of message

Where:
/server - target computer name
/text of message - text to send

Example : To send a message to computer name webmaster with text: "Hi! How are you?"
Command line reads:  send.exe /webmaster /hi! how are you?
