   Schedule Editor

   The picture below shows the Schedule Editor, use this window to create or edit a schedule.



   A schedule consists of two parts: Scheduled Message and the Events list.

Preview of the scheduled message.

Recipients

Recipients of the scheduled message ( can be edited only in the message ).

Choose

Chooses the message to schedule, from the Templates folder.


Time and date ( events )

List of events for a schedule activation. This is the list of events which will trigger the actions to be performed.

Add

Add a new event.

Edit

Adjust the selected event settings.

Delete

Delete the selected event.


Active schedule

Determines whether the schedule will be performed when an event occurs. If the checkbox is clear, then the schedule will still be present in the list, but it won't be executed. Please note that this option affects the schedule in real-time, i.e. its state is saved immediately, even before you press the OK button.

Delete after first launch

Means that schedule should be deleted after the first launch.


Name

Specify a schedule name here or leave blank to set name automaticly.
