The picture below shows the Dynamic Folder Editor. The editor allows you to change the name of the folder as well as its configuration string.

Dynamic folders are created at the moment they are used. Their names can have date or time included. This is achieved by using the special codes.

Option	Description
Please select the root folder for the dynamic folder	Specifies a root folder the dynamic folder will be created in. Please specify a folder that already exists, an error will occur otherwise. It is recommended to press the Browse button and use the Browse for folder window to select the folder.
Please type a configuration string	This string determines how the name of the dynamic folder will be constructed. You can include any of the special strftime codes here as well as any characters that are allowed for folder names.
Dynamic name preview	This field displays the result of processing strftime codes for your current date and time. This is useful to see what your dynamic folder will be named like when itis created.
